At Adult Stuff Warehouse, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return process for all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our products, all returns must be in their original, unopened packaging to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
